- If you are a CEP, ECA or AECA, or have started working towards your certification, you already have an account! To get started in this new portal, please click the "forgot password" link. You will receive an email prompting you to set your password. Even if you have a password with our previous database, MyCEP, please reset it now to gain access to this new database.
